Fidy is the management company for our building with 49 units, for 3+ years, they are professional, attentive, responsive, and courteous. They are knowledgeable about building management and everything that comes with it. The team, under great leadership has been great to work with. No issue has been too small and easy or too big and complex that they can't handle. Highly recommend!

As the Treasurer for 3041 Ocean, one of FiDYs properties I interact with the friendly and helpful staff at FiDy very regularly. From budgeting to accommodating my desired presentation of monthly common charge rolls, the FiDY team is on top of it and keeps me informed proactively. Their team is also constantly looking for ways to save the building money, which is appreciated and helpful to the budget. Most recently the FiDY team forced our workers compensation company to run an audit which showed we were being overcharged and ended up saving the building $3,000 in annual run rate expense. We also had a large facade repair project to do, which the FiDY team priced out, brought in multiple contractors found the best price to value offering and is getting the job done at an attractive rate for the building. From keeping the building clean, improving services and service providers the FiDY team has been an absolute pleasure to work with and a true partner to the board and more importantly to the broader owners population in our building.
