Founded in 2013 by Yana Izmaylov, an accomplished attorney with a distinctive vision, FiDY Management was born out of a critical need to challenge and redefine the traditional, often impersonal corporate approach to property management. Noticing a glaring gap in the industry, Yana felt there was a need for genuine transparency and open communication between homeowner associations and their management team. She felt that she could make this change for her own homeowner’s association which she was the president of, and soon word got out and she was flooded with requests from other HOAs. This wasn’t about merely tweaking the existing system but pioneering a paradigm shift in how property management was perceived and practiced.
Yana took on this challenge and embarked on a journey, not just to manage properties, but to intertwine them with a personal touch that had long been missing. She envisioned a company where every decision, every interaction was underpinned by genuine care and an unwavering commitment to the property’s and its residents’ well-being. A decade later, and FiDY Management delivers on that early premise on a daily basis.
