Holding a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Finance, Yana graduated Cum Laude from the Western Michigan School of Law. Prior to venturing into property management, she practiced law, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of transactional law. Yana's foresight led her to establish Fidy Management with a mission to revolutionize the industry. Her vision centers around fostering transparency and collaboration between Homeowners Associations (HOA) and management teams, creating a harmonious and efficient environment for property management. Beyond her professional pursuits, Yana finds fulfillment in travel, food, art, and cherishing precious moments with her three young sons. Her commitment to excellence and passion for positive change define her leadership at Fidy Management.

Mariya is an accomplished professional with a diverse background who embarked on a journey that led her from a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology to a flourishing career in property management. With a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Mariya has been with Fidy for six years and has extensive experience in the field. Passionate about her work, she upholds the highest standards in every aspect of property management, ensuring optimal efficiency and client satisfaction. Outside the office, Mariya loves nature and enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities. She cherishes quality moments spent with her family.

Brian is a multifaceted individual with a passion for creativity. He is currently enrolled in the Human Resource program at New York University (NYU). Beyond his academic pursuits, Brian loves fashion, art, and candle making. Actively engaged in the field of Human Resources, Brian is a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). At Fidy, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring high employee engagement and morale within the team. Brian recognizes the significance of property management, describing it as the "oil in the gears of any building." With a keen understanding of its importance, he takes pride in contributing to Fidy's robust property management team.

Nina holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Business Management from Moscow State University and a Business degree from The Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, where she specialized in Operations Management. Nina possesses a diverse skill set. Her career journey began in the nonprofit sector, where she made meaningful contributions to the well-being of Holocaust survivors at the Claims Conference. Despite finding the work rewarding, Nina yearned for a career shift and decided to pursue her passion for real estate and property management. For the past four years, she has been an integral part of the FiDY Management team, finding the experience exhilarating, humbling, and thoroughly enjoyable. Nina values the unique opportunities and collaborative projects that have come her way, working closely with various Board Members. Outside work, she loves to travel, explore new places, and immersing herself in different cultures.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Actuarial Science, complemented by a minor in Law and Policies from Baruch College. Her educational journey extends to two years of dedicated studies in international management, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and visualization. Anna brings a wealth of experience from diverse sectors, having worked in private investment funds insurance. Beyond her academic and professional achievements, she holds certifications as an aroma diagnostic practitioner and a facilitator of transformational psychological training, showcasing her commitment to holistic well-being. Anna's compassionate nature extends to her love for animals, as evidenced by her volunteer work at an animal shelter. Her multifaceted background and genuine passion for making a positive impact set Anna apart in both her professional and personal endeavors.

Tair is a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience in property management, particularly in the luxury condominium sector, along with a comprehensive background in various other facets of real estate. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Touro College and being a licensed notary, Tair brings both academic knowledge and practical skills to his role.
